Airport Pick Up Procedures
MH Limousine Service MUST comply with the regulations of local airport and traffic authorities. In accordance with these regulations and for your convenience, we have established the following pick up procedures:
BWI & Dulles
Our driver will meet you inside the baggage claim area for your arriving flight with a name sign.
National Airport
Our driver will meet you on the lower level at the outer most curbside lane with a name sign on the passenger window. You must call us before coming out of the terminal at 703-495-8140. Please use the exit at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight.
International Travelers
Our driver will meet you outside the customs gate with a name sign.
Union Station
Our driver will meet you at the middle curbside lane with a name sign on the passenger window. You must call us before coming out of Union Station at 703-495-8140
Please call our number if your travel plans change or if you miss your flight, so that our 24-hour operators can modify your reservation.
If you do not see your driver at the designated baggage claim area or meeting place, call our number so that our dispatchers can locate your driver and tell him where you are.
Waiting Time
For airport pickup, domestic flights are given a 30 minute grace period and International flights are given a 45 minute grace period from the time plane lands. All other pickup locations grace period is 10 minutes. After that time has passed, the applicable waiting time will be charged. If the client does not see the driver at the designated baggage area or meeting place, please call us 703-495-8140 so that our dispatchers can locate your driver and tell him where you are. If the client leaves without informing the company it will be considered a No show (full charge).
